Adult Formation Ministry
The top priority of the Department is to recalibrate our approach to Lasallian formation experiences. This is to ensure that our programs continue to be relevant to the lived experiences of our Lasallian Partners. Part of this process is to understand the needs on the ground and formulate Lasallian formation experiences based on those needs. This is essential in offering Lasallian spirituality as a companion in one’s life journey. Strategies to know the needs of our stakeholders will be carried out systematically and regularly this year.
One of these strategies is the adult formation team’s availability for needs-based recollections. The Lasallian Formation and Ministry Department is most willing to collaborate with Lasallian Partners should they wish to experience a recollection formulated and facilitated based on the needs and interests of their group, whether they are a formally structured group like offices and departments,
or a special-interest group.
The De La Salle Brothers Vocation Ministry Office
provides various opportunities to build a culture of vocations in the Lasallian Family, especially the vocation of the De La Salle Brothers. In coordination with the National Vocations Ministry Office of the De La Salle Brothers Philippines, the office aims to accompany students and young professionals who are willing to discover and discern one's commitment to the Lasallian Family through various activities.
