AUGUST

We nurture our relationship with

God / Norms of Piety 

 ●  I start and conclude classes/meetings/activities with Lasallian prayers.

●  I participate in religious activities that align with my beliefs (for Catholics, attend the Holy Mass every Sunday and holy day of obligation, regularly receive the sacrament of reconciliation, pause to pray the Angelus, visit the Blessed Sacrament, Novenas for Our Lady of the Star, St. La Salle, pray the Lasallian 6-Decade Rosary, etc.).

● I participate in Lasallian Formation programs, Institutional and collegiate retreats and recollections.                   

SEPTEMBER

We find wisdom in the Gospel /

Spiritual Direction

● I read the Bible and meditate on it on a regular basis which helps me reach conclusions after extensive, impartial, and reasonable deliberation (or when making decisions, consult devotional prayer books).

● I participate actively in Faith Community activities (Lasallian Sacred Circles, Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC), Signum Fidei, LSYC, Domus Dei, Cor Christi, or other religious communities/organizations/groups) where Bible studies and sharing are done.

● I seek spiritual guidance, counseling, mentorship, and support vocation campaigns.

OCTOBER

●  I participate in activities that promote continuous learning, personal and professional development (advances in chosen fields).

●  I conform to the standards of excellence established by regulatory/certifying/accreditation bodies.

●  I adhere to Good Clinical Practice, work ethics and Lasallian Educational Mission Principles.

DECEMBER

We give selflessly and receive

● I promote and practice the spirit of volunteerism without expecting monetary rewards.

● I am prepared to work above and beyond the call of duty and willing to assist others.

● I contribute to and support the Institute's Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets.

JANUARY

We uphold preferential option for

the poor, especially the

youth-at-risk / Outreach 

● I participate in/support outreach initiatives, social action activities especially programs that improve the economic conditions of the youth-at-risk and the sick.

●  Seek financial support for the Institute's projects (the One La Salle Scholarship Fund, Charity Service, Bahay-Pag-asa, and other health advocacies ).

●  I adhere to the Lasallian Guiding Principles for Social Development and De La Salle Institute initiatives (e.g. Leavening Project).

FEBRUARY

● I uphold and affirm the Catholic Church's teachings/position and other Christian and Non-Christian beliefs.

● As a Filipino citizen, I value national patriotic symbols (flag, national anthem, etc.), regularly attend flag ceremonies and obey the laws of the land (e.g. traffic rules, etc.)

● I participate in the activities of De La Salle Philippines and work with government offices and non-government offices whose activities support the Lasallian Mission.

JULY

We care for the

environment / Material Order

●  I employ cost-effective measures of the company resources (electricity, water, office supplies, etc.) judiciously and take good care of material things so they will last longer.

● I practice environmental management (3Rs - recycle, reduce, reuse; 5s; "CLAYGO" (i.e. clean as you go).

● I follow the Laudato Si' principles (care for creation, simplicity of lifestyle).
