Lingkod Lasalyano

Lingkod Lasalyano is a volunteer program of the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI). It serves as a platform for students and employees to engage in volunteer opportunities in the local community and beyond. Primed by the value of Zeal for Service and through the charism of Saint Jean-Baptiste de La Salle, we turn our faith into action and act together towards social transformation.

The Lingkod Lasalyano Volunteers Program is primarily the fruit of the Lasallian Formation conducted for employees and students.

Faithful Reflection

At this stage, our volunteers are encouraged to align themselves with our organizational values and goals, and to understand their integral part in realizing and advancing our collective purpose as a Lasallian community. Furthermore, on a more personal level, our volunteers are guided to discover and explore their passions and potential, contemplating on how they can use these to serve the lost, the least, and the last.

Community Celebration

At the heart of our Lasallian tradition lies our commitment to do more and serve more. We value the opportunity to recognize and celebrate our volunteers, expressing our sincere gratitude for their selfless service. Volunteers pour their hearts into their work, and it's equally important to us to celebrate their achievements wholeheartedly. As Lasallians, we uphold the value of recognizing and honoring our volunteers, affirming their contribution and integral role within our organization. At the end of the school year, volunteers come together to celebrate and recognize each and everyone’s hard work and commitment to the Lasallian mission.
